Role Overview

The People & Culture Lead / Head / Partner drives VidyaGyan's human capital strategy, building a people-centric, high-performance culture rooted in the institution's purpose, vision, mission, and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a deep understanding of VidyaGyan's purpose, vision, mission, and institutional philosophy.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the operational dynamics of residential schools.
• Is well versed in the policies, statutory requirements, and administrative processes governing residential educational institutions.
• Spearheads a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational transformation.
• Leads the development of people-centric policies and ensures their effective implementation across all three campuses.
• Designs and executes strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with VidyaGyan's long-term vision and organizational goals.
• Oversees compensation, pay structuring, recognition, and reward frameworks to foster a highperformance culture.
• Develops and drives comprehensive professional learning and leadership development programmes for educators and staff.
• Introduces and institutionalizes global best practices that cultivate a growth mindset and a culture of excellence.
• Serves as the primary representative and professional point of contact for all People & Culture initiatives.
• Acts as a credible ambassador of the VidyaGyan ethos, values, and culture, strengthening the institution's brand both internally and externally.
